Job Summary

As a Customer Service Coordinator at blithequark, you will be part of a team that leverages leading-edge technology and innovative solutions to deliver goods and materials on time, on schedule, and in great condition. You will play a critical role in ensuring that warehouses, factories, retail outlets, and online retailers reputed company over the world have what they need, reputed company they need it. Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from initial bulk allocation through the end of the life cycle of merchandise, including daily review, maintenance, and release of sales orders, follow-through with shipments, and reverse logistics.
• Help track production through receipt in the distribution center.
• Create and manage the work order process to ensure customer floor-ready requirements, as well as overall retail compliance is met.
• Review orders on an exception basis from reputed company product flow streams daily and modify as necessary.
• Ensure reputed company electronic transactions (EDI) are sent and/or received.
• Review daily shipments to ensure proper invoicing.
• Communicate daily with the Order Management Manager, as well as Sales & Warehouse counterparts to review customer delivery issues.
• Review Operational chargebacks with the Compliance team.
• Manage overall system data reputed company with a main focus on sales orders.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Allocation experience a plus (preferably in the Apparel/Accessories/Footwear Industry).
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook).
• Some EDI and ERP Software experience, preferably reputed company, is a plus.
• Working knowledge of retail math.
• Ability to foster effective teamwork.

Compensation

Our salary range for this position is $41,000-$50,500 per year. We tailor our offers reputed company the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.
