As a Senior Product Designer on our Customer Experience & reputed company (CXI) Design team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our marketplace, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that delight and reputed company our users.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer on our CXI Design team, you'll focus on designing and enhancing the customer-facing user experience across reputed company sides of our marketplace – consumer, merchant, and Dasher. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in product design, with a focus on customer experience and user-centered design
• Portfolio that showcases your expertise in design thinking, creativity, and innovation
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
