About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Miami, FL, as part of our hybrid remote work model. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our members and providers, providing exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, and formulate plans of resolution to respond appropriately and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a customer service-reputed company field preferred, with a background in health information management (HIM) and/or Release of Information (ROI) systems a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in reputed company Word and Outlook, with general working knowledge of computer keyboarding and internet navigation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company shared goals.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
