Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconciliation: Identify and address breaks between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Corporate Activity Events: Handle Corporate Activity Events, including settlement and reconciliation of transfer activity, as well as processing and reconciling returns activity.
• Research and Testing: Conduct research on reputed company/escalated issues, reputed company testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and service changes.
• Project Completion: Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account.
• Communication: Interact primarily with Retail and Institutional Business Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• Basic knowledge of investment products, transactions, and industry regulations.
