You will work cross functionally with Finance and HR to enhance our payroll platform (reputed company) and provide Finance with key insights to payroll reputed company data and metrics. You will drive timely, accurate, and compliant payroll for the US and Canada. You will be responsible for overseeing the payroll team, including the day to day management of the team and the team's career growth path. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of payroll reputed company experience as well as experience using the reputed company platform. • Process salaried and hourly global payroll in reputed company for greater than 1200 employees working in reputed company to 50 states
• Work cross functionally with Human Resources and the reputed company Payroll Admin to reputed company phase 2 of the reputed company implementation plus future payroll module enhancements

• Compliance with reputed company matters such as multi-state tax withholdings, 401K audits, workers compensation audits and external financial audits
• Prepare the payroll journal entries that are used by the Accounting team for financial reporting and maintain a proper internal control structure over the payroll function
