Summary of This Role As a High Volume Call Center Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with our service standards. You'll receive and/or reputed company telephone calls, answer customer questions, and respond to their needs and concerns. You'll also maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyze customer service needs, and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, providing problem resolution and exceptional customer service
- Receive and/or reputed company telephone calls, answering customer questions and responding to their needs and concerns
- Maintain detailed and reputed company knowledge of our products and services
- Analyze customer service needs and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed

- Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, and name and address updates

- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed

- 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
