The Total Rewards Manager, Compensation is an individual contributor that will provide consulting support to the reputed company Technology organization and other internal client groups. In partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders, this compensation professional will reputed company functional compensation knowledge, financial principles, business acumen and data to help business leaders execute on strategic priorities and initiatives. - Consult with HR and business leaders and internal client group(s) to understand short-term and long-term business priorities and discuss ways in which total rewards programs can be leveraged to support these priorities.
- Consult with reputed company Partners to gather, share, and address compensation-reputed company issues.
- Advise and reputed company and business leaders in client groups on compensation program effectiveness, competitiveness, design, education, and communication.
- reputed company and manage cross-functional compensation-reputed company projects for client groups, partnering with Compensation COE team to deliver solutions which are consistent with our Pay & Benefits and Talent philosophies.
- Partner with Compensation Analysts to reputed company high-quality, fact-based recommendations and presentations to support client-reputed company project work and compensation program design.
- Partner with Executive Compensation to reputed company VP level offers.
You own this if you have…
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or directly applicable HR experience consulting with business leaders to drive strategic and effective people outcomes.
- Knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation
- Experience leveraging data to present fact-based stories that inform and influence leader decision-making.
- Experience building trusting relationships with HR and business leaders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels.
- Ability to consider issues from multiple perspectives, reputed company options, and present well-informed recommendations.
- Ability to effectively manage time and balance multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and respectfully.
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company field preferred
