Coordinator Aircraft Records (Jamaica, NY, US, 11430)

Position Summary The Coordinator Aircraft Records maintains and audits aircraft maintenance records as well as other duties that apply to aircraft maintenance. This position requires diligence in auditing, scanning, and filing of essential aircraft documents. The Coordinator proactively manages the assigned workload in support of the operation and aircraft maintenance schedule. Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate aircraft records, including but not limited to tracking, trafficking, and filing (electronic and reputed company)
• Catalog process to include scanning, labeling/indexing, and filing documents
• Assist with the compilation of aircraft reputed company and electronic records
• Respond to internal and external customer queries for reputed company or electronic records
• Manage life limited component’s reputed company history and back to birth records as required
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• One (1) year of aircraft records or document auditing experience
• Familiarity with aircraft terminology and understanding of Part 121 reputed company reputed company Technical Operations
• Proficient in reputed company Office
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a driving record that meets JetBlue Airways’ insurance standards
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid reputed company Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
• Depending reputed company, may need to acquire and maintain a United States Customs Clearance
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
• Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an Aviation/Airline reputed company discipline
• Two (2) years of aircraft records or document auditing experience
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
• Familiarity with Airline Maintenance & Engineering Systems, specifically reputed company
• Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs)
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, reputed company Transportation Association (ATA) codes, Airworthiness Directives and Technical Directives

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts and be available to respond on short-notice
• Able to maintain a professional appearance
• reputed company working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, reputed company capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

Compensation:
