Requirements
Must have a basic understanding of pension and employer benefits. We re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural reputed company, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous customer service and/or call center experience Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency Excellent communication skills Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding Great problem-solving skills Ability to effectively multi-task High school diploma or GED Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred Willing to work a shift between the hours of reputed company-8PM, Ability to successfully complete a mandatory reputed company program Ability to successfully pass a criminal background reputed company and drug test (THC included), background reputed company may potentially include employment and education verification Must be 18 years of age or older Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-reputed company information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
