Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our English-speaking clients and customers. You will receive inbound calls, reputed company outbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company messages to clients while maintaining a working knowledge of our company products, services, and promotions. Your primary goal will be to meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
