Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers and business partners, providing assistance with claim status and claim process, explaining policy/contract details, and addressing service inquiries. You will work closely with our callers to build a professional rapport, addressing reputed company levels of their inquiries and providing policy-reputed company information. This is a part-time position, working daily from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to Policyholders, Employees, Brokers, and Claimants.
• Communicate reputed company information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring callers understand the information being provided.
• Resolve a wide variety of questions and inquiries for our customers, assuming ownership and timeliness in supporting their needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant associate degree highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience required.
