Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Issue vouchers or coordinate with contractors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and revive

• Acknowledge and initiate reputed company' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assist clients requiring special help or in-station; help boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory reputed company, special assistance reputed company, or unaccompanied minors

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual language skills expected in certain areas

• Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• Must be able to obtain proper airport power or US Customs reputed company clearances, if relevant
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive personal investigation, or fingerprinting to fulfill company and reputed company requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications
