Key Job Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and Developing Learning Experiences: Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
• Managing Curriculum Maintenance: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure that learning programs are up-to-date and effective.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure that reputed company is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Consulting with Customers: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring that our learning experiences meet the needs of our learners.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials and ensure that our learning experiences are efficient and effective.

As a consultant on programs, you will:

• Manage Multiple Projects: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple reputed company to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Program or Project Management Experience: 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Cross-Functional Experience: 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Process Improvement Experience: 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Program Requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
