Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Program or Project Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Program Strategy and Delivery: Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Process Improvement Experience: 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Advanced Degree: A Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a reputed company field.
