Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative in our OCC, you will be assigned to one of our teams, working on exciting projects that impact our operations and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Our Teams and Projects
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following teams:
Load Control Center (LCC)
Our LCC team is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights, managing aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a member of this team, you will work closely with our LCC experts, developing applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and improve processes.
Fuel Strategy
Our Fuel Strategy team is responsible for developing strategies to manage our fuel consumption, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. As a member of this team, you will research and reputed company strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and optimize payload forecasting.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management)
- Availability to work for at least three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, reputed company - 5PM
- Enrolled with your educational institution throughout the term of the co-op program
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team and individual settings
- Prioritizing safety and reputed company, and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
