- Utilize multiple databases, tools, and partnerships to refer and enroll members in appropriate internal programs and specialist services tailored to their needs.
- Interpret and simplify clinical/medical terminology and coding to help members manage costs and understand their benefits.
- Adapt quickly to changes in processes, policies, and guidelines at both site and enterprise levels.
- Educate members on the fundamentals of healthcare benefits and plans, maximizing their use of community services, support programs, and available resources.
