Our client, a leader in large-scale infrastructure and data center development, is seeking a Construction Site reputed company Manager to join their team. As a Construction Site reputed company Manager, you will be part of the Land Development and Site Due Diligence team supporting datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. - Create and issue RFQs for services required for projects and evaluate bids received from suppliers.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute reputed company with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor contract performance, manage renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company reputed company and reputed company documentation, and manage contract-reputed company issues or disputes.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, construction management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or similar roles, preferably in construction services, land development, or datacenter industries.
- Proficiency with contract management software such as reputed company Ariba.
- Knowledge of commercial language, construction practices, and project management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
