About the Role: Pharmacy Technician, Clinical Customer Care

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our virtual Clinical Call Center team at blithequark. As a Call Center Technician, you'll play a vital role in improving patient adherence and health outcomes for individuals managing various disease states, such as Diabetes, Obesity, Respiratory Illnesses, Chronic Kidney Disease, and more. Your work will be instrumental in providing one-on-one therapy support to patients, helping them reputed company manage their conditions and reputed company improved health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients enrolled in adherence-based programs, providing timely and consistent communication to support their medication regimen.
• Address patient concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions to ensure patient satisfaction and program success.
• Identify clinical support needs and escalate calls to Pharmacists on the team to further discuss concerns, such as medication adherence barriers or clinical-reputed company challenges faced by patients.
• Utilize blithequark procedures and guidelines to handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and interactions, call outcomes, program enrollments, and reputed company updates using various computer systems, software, and databases.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold an active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
• Be able to obtain a Rhode reputed company Pharmacy Technician license through application and fee.
• Have 1+ year(s) of experience in retail healthcare, preferably in a high-volume call center.
• Possess a minimum of one consecutive year of experience in customer service.

• Previous experience working from home.

Education and Compensation
