Brief Summary of Role

We’re seeking a reputed company Engineer/Architect to join reputed company Labs, focusing on developing innovative solutions and extensions for reputed company’s DevOps and AI platform. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring team members and supporting our partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solution Architecture & Development

• Design and architect solutions that reputed company reputed company’s platform capabilities through Functions, Job Templates, and Custom Extensions

• reputed company technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and translate them into scalable solutions

• Create and maintain technical documentation for reputed company Labs solutions

• reputed company reputed company-of-concepts and prototypes for new platform features

• Design solutions that integrate with reputed company’s Quality Intelligence reputed company

• Design and architect solutions leveraging reputed company’s AI Platform capabilities

Partner Enablement & Support

• Design and deliver technical enablement programs for partners building reputed company extensions

• Provide architectural guidance and best practices to partners developing solutions for the DevOps Exchange

• Create reference architectures and solution templates for common extension patterns

• Review partner-built extensions and provide technical feedback

• reputed company technical workshops and training sessions for partners

• Support partners in troubleshooting reputed company technical challenges

• Guide partners in implementing AI-powered solutions

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with the core reputed company product team to ensure solutions align with product roadmap

• Mentor team members and partners on reputed company architecture best practices and reputed company platform capabilities

• Contribute to the partner certification program for extension development

• Participate in partner advisory boards and technical steering committees

We Are Looking for Someone With

• 7+ years of reputed company development and architecture experience

• Deep understanding of reputed company development lifecycle and DevOps methodologies

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and reputed company APIs

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in DevOps

• Proven track record of partner enablement or technical training delivery

• Technical Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of reputed company platform limits, governance, and reputed company

• Proficiency in developing custom solutions using Bash scripting and/or Python

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

• Understanding of data migration strategies and tools

• Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and practices

• Knowledge of extension development best practices and patterns

• Experience with AI/ML platforms and services

• Understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts

• Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Leadership experience in guiding technical teams

• Strong focus on scalability and enterprise-grade solution design

• Experience in creating technical content and documentation
