Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Bilingual Customer Support Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Answering taxpayer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their concerns
- Researching, maintaining, and updating tax accounts based on information provided, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Processing tax forms, mail, and payments to the proper accounts, adhering to company standards and deadlines
- Completing reputed company tasks in a timely manner, meeting company standards and expectations
- Additional duties may be assigned to support the team and contribute to the growth of the organization
Schedule and Location:
* Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- No weekends!
- On-site in our Allentown, PA office
- Once released from training (approximately 4-6 months), hybrid (office/remote) work environment is available for this position, subject to business needs and performance
Pay and Benefits:

Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 months reputed company experience and/or training
- Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking
- Reliable transportation to outer offices and tax sit-ins
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Situation analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
