Essential Job Functions
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates
* Navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues
* Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing reputed company available resources to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
