Job Summary

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; college attendance or degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or a reputed company field, with knowledge of health insurance coverage and terminology.
