Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding reputed company, accurately, and courteously to customer inquiries reputed company inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence.
• Process product orders and provide reputed company and efficient responses and resolutions to customer requests, utilizing multiple screens, systems, and websites.
• Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders, returns, and product information.
• Analyze and process customer requests for return authorization and credits, ensuring accurate billings and shipments.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow regarding sales, promotions, and problems.
• Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.
• Participate in special projects, such as servicing customers over social media platforms and handling warranty claims.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet and a quiet reputed company to work without distractions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
