Job Summary
We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable responses to telephone, email, and chat inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that callers receive the information they need to reputed company informed decisions about their healthcare plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general OPM healthcare enrollment information to callers reputed company telephone, email, and chat
- Utilize standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to reputed company job duties
- Assist callers with locating information needed to reputed company their healthcare plan decisions
- Refer calls to other agencies as specified in training and work instruction documents
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OPM regulations and policies as they apply

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
