About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support our providers and members. As a full-time representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to reputed company, answering questions, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, billing, clinical authorizations, and more. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer concerns.
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
- Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM CST, Monday-Friday.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a reputed company environment (i.e., office, call center, customer service).
- Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
