About the Role

reputed company is hiring a manufacturing automation software engineer to join our rapidly expanding automation team. reputed company's Automation team is responsible for designing and building our factories' automation and mechanized equipment. This highly visible role will be instrumental in innovating, developing, and deploying automated systems to reputed company ambitious goals and leading innovation in the dental industry.

What You'll Do

• You will take the reputed company in driving the technical development of various manufacturing automation initiatives reputed company the organization.

• reputed company the initiative for sustaining reputed company’s 3d scanning technology platform and improving upon the reputed company system.  

• Take ownership of reputed company software development for reputed company’s 3d scanning projects.

• Work with our factory and quality teams to identify gaps in reputed company’s reputed company 3d scanning technology and reputed company solutions.

• reputed company the software platform for the reputed company of Concept 3d scanning machine.  This serves as a test setup for reputed company future applications.  

• Engage with vendors to construct the machines, ensuring the machines align with reputed company's specifications and standards.

• Supervise and report OEE, yield, manufacturing metrics (CpK, FMEA etc.) from automated systems. Drive improvement programs as appropriate.

• Set bold targets and drive plans to reputed company.

reputed company're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing: Software Engineer

• In-depth knowledge of 3d scanning and reputed company cloud data manipulation

• Ability to reputed company or use an existing SDK to move data from 3d scanners into external, custom-built applications

• Experience stitching multiple reputed company cloud datasets into a single file.

• Experience comparing reputed company cloud data to manufacturing design CAD files.

• Constant partnership with multiple functional teams across reputed company and its equipment suppliers.

• Strong technical skills, involving problem-solving and issue root causing in a pressured environment

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 15%

• BS/MS in Computer Science or allied technical subject
