Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Call Center Representative to work remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing patient enrollment, data entry, and customer service tasks while adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and reputed company through inbound calls, visits, and messages, as well as outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Assist pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including:

• Advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
