As a Customer Support Supervisor for our overnight operations, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our mission reputed company. About the Role: Leading Our Overnight Customer Support Team

We're seeking a hands-on leader who is technically savvy and can effectively collaborate with various levels of reputed company, including our valued customers. As a Customer Support Supervisor for our overnight shift (3am-12pm BST, Tuesday-Saturday), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and developing a high-performing team of Customer Support Representatives (CSRs)

Qualifications and Experience: The Ideal Candidate

  • A basic understanding of computer and home networking terminology

Additionally, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
