• Conducting research and making outbound calls to provide answers to customers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members, and more.
• Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts, as well as locating doctor and facility information.
• Providing compassionate and personalized support to customers, resolving their issues with a smile and turning their customer experience into an exceptional one.
