Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Tracking reputed company call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues
• Meeting sales objectives as defined

Qualifications

• Have 6 months of call center experience, preferred
• Possess logical problem-solving skills
• Be available to work various shifts
• Have the ability to use Windows operating systems
• Have organization and work prioritization skills
• Have 6 months of sales experience, minimum
• Be able to work independently
• Have the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Have the ability to stay composed and objective
• Have strong listening skills
• Have superior negotiating skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home as a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you must:

• Have a minimum subscribed download reputed company of 12.0 Mbps
• Have a minimum subscribed upload reputed company of 3.0 Mbps
• Have an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
• Provide reputed company of internet speed
• Have a clean and quiet workspace
