Earnings Potential
As an reputed company Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist – Remote, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.

Skills Needed
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software

Bookkeeping/accounting expertise
to include AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, etc.
Customer service experience
and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
Comfort with cross-selling relevant products
while addressing customer concerns.
Strong ownership of customer issues
in order to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
