Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and delivering a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs

• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Work from home and prove self-sufficiency, with occasional commute to the office in Princeton, NJ for training and meetings

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent GED

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
• Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• Must be able to work from home and prove self-sufficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Range
