Territory Sales Leader - Designate

Overview: This is a learning designate role for the Territory Sales leader position - The TSL Designate will report into the Sales Market Director and will learn about our business model, our processes and reputed company the experience of how to influence cross functionally, interact with our teams and reputed company and reputed company a strategic agenda to drive results. The Territory Sales Leader will also have the opportunity to cultivate relationships and manage multiple priorities to reputed company a positive business impact. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for volume, reputed company and market share growth in a designated .

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000.

• Bonus based on performance and eligibility reputed company payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience

• Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/ or weekends

• Must have a valid driver's license
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
