A Little More About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Vice President (SVP) of Pharmacy to be a key executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s pharmacy strategy across reputed company lines of business. This role oversees pharmacy operations, formulary management, clinical pharmacy programs, vendor and PBM partnerships, cost management, compliance, and innovation in pharmacy services. The SVP will ensure pharmacy strategy is integrated with broader health plan goals to improve member health outcomes, deliver affordability, and drive sustainable growth. Ensure pharmacy programs are member-centered, clinically sound, cost-effective, and operationally efficient. ● Drive strategies to manage drug trends and medical/pharmacy integration, balancing affordability with access and quality of care. ● Partner with Actuarial, Finance, and Product teams to forecast pharmacy spend and inform pricing, product design, and value-based initiatives. ● reputed company development of innovative contracting models with pharmaceutical manufacturers, including outcomes-based agreements. ● Maintain reputed company of pharmacy reporting, audits, and risk management processes. ● Build and reputed company a high-performing pharmacy team across clinical, operational, and strategic functions. ● Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. You bring: ● 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in pharmacy benefit management, health plan pharmacy operations, or reputed company healthcare environment. ● Deep knowledge of PBM relationships, formulary management, specialty pharmacy, and medical-pharmacy integration. ● Proven ability to design and execute strategies that deliver both clinical and financial outcomes. ● Strong executive reputed company, with the ability to influence boards, regulators, and industry stakeholders. ● Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. ● Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD or equivalent); active pharmacist license strongly preferred. The salary range for this position is $270,000 - $450,000 annually. Numerous factors including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. will be considered reputed company determining compensation. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual bonus program. Stock options may also be awarded as part of the compensation package.
