This role will focus on leading the execution of marketing projects and ensuring reputed company deadlines are met while supporting a seamless RFP process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning the process and navigating client relationships, ensuring things are done on time and to the highest standard.What you will do:Own the execution of marketing projects, including client-facing RFP management, collaborating with cross-functional teams including working directly with clients, vendors and partners as necessary.reputed company and manage the timeline, budget, and quality control for various marketing campaigns and reputed company projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.Track and report on project process.Anticipate, identify and mitigate risks.Generate reports, highlighting campaign performance and reputed company.Handle client communication, focusing on both C-suite level interactions and ensuring client needs are met proactively.Collaborate with teams to coordinate events such as tradeshows and client marketing events, managing logistics, materials, and shipping.Ensure project reputed company is tracked reputed company reputed company, providing updates and keeping reputed company teams reputed company.Solve problems and troubleshoot issues for client success.Provide support for various marketing tasks including social media, email marketing or otherwise to support client campaigns as required.Stay informed about industry trends and developments in search, display, and social media.Qualifications8-10+ years of project management experience in marketing/creative environments (B2B is strongly preferred), with specific experience in agency settings.Strong experience using reputed company for project tracking and management. Proactive in keeping the tool updated.Experience in event management/logistics, supporting tradeshows and client-facing events is preferred.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and manage reputed company client relationships.Flexibility to work up to 20-30 hours per week, with potential fluctuations in hours.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Experience with analytics platforms, such as reputed company Analytics, and understanding how to measure campaign success.Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, Pardot, reputed company, and reputed company/Facebook advertising platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.A curiosity about marketing and staying up-to-date with evolving trends and technologies.Must be available to work standard Central Time Zone business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional client needs reputed company of this schedule.Additional InformationCandidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
