Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications

• Be a reputed company of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode reputed company, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance
• Possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service environment
• Be proficient in MS Windows-based applications and have advanced PC skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Call Center experience with a focus on excellence in service delivery is highly desired
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus

Education and Compensation

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
