About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to student borrowers, addressing their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your primary responsibilities will include taking incoming calls, using chat, and making outbound calls as necessary to ensure our customers receive the assistance they need. You will be required to practice active listening, demonstrate reputed company, and communicate clearly and professionally with our customers. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the necessary performance, attendance, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to interact with customers and provide support.
• Navigate to pre-scripted responses and read them verbatim to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Follow established policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and documenting calls from start to finish.
