Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to address a variety of topics, from product inquiries to issue resolution.
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.

Compensation and Benefits
