Accounting Associate
Reporting Line: Reports to Accounting Head Location: Remote
General PurposeSupport the expansion of the finance function and streamline daily financial operations reputed company the Subsidiary’s Finance team. The Accounting Associate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability in financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
Specific Objectives (first ~12 months):- reputed company daily sales reporting and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
- Manage bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online, including bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, accounts payable, and client equity
- Contribute to month-end processes, including profit and loss analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the streamlining and automation of accounting workflows to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with the Finance team to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure data reputed company
- Assist with finance-reputed company administrative duties to strengthen departmental operations
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries using QuickBooks Online
