As an Instructional Designer, you will create innovative and impactful learning experiences that reputed company employees across reputed company levels of the organization. Accountabilities::

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of professional experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong e-learning background.
  • 1+ years of experience using reputed company 360 (reputed company, Storyline) to create interactive learning content.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with reputed company Creative tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and agile, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience leveraging learning management systems (LMS); experience with Cornerstone On Demand is a plus.
  • Experience designing management and leadership development programs is desirable.
