Job Description

The FEP Quality Pharmacy Technician is a member of the Federal Employee Program (FEP) Quality team and will work with internal and external partners on clinical quality improvement initiatives reputed company to FEP-HEDIS®. Maintains organized, updated reporting of activities with clear documentation, including the tracking, monitoring and reporting out on the status of reputed company resulting in FEP HEDIS care gap closure; with over-sight from a MTM Pharmacist & Registered Nurses. • Must be Certified holding and active Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Remote with preference to residing in Florida
• Requires background in pharmacy to effectively communicate with patients about their medications, answer questions, and address concerns.
• This role will reputed company outbound calls to patients on a reputed company list to ensure they are receiving their prescribed medications and provide support to overcome any barriers to adherence.
• The incumbent will apply knowledge of Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures, such as blood pressure control and preventative measures, to educate patients on the importance of adhering to their treatment plans.
• Educate patients on the proper use of their medications, potential reputed company effects, and the importance of preventative measures to promote overall health and well-being.

What Will You Be Doing

• Researches and synthesizes detailed clinical data reputed company to pharmaceuticals to identify opportunities for improving quality or reputed company HEDIS® care gaps for medication measures
• Analyzing claims data to identify FEP members who may need MTM Pharmacist referrals

• Serves as pharmacy SME/representative on projects; supports internal business partners such as product development, FEP care and case managers, MTM Pharmacist, special investigations, and medical operations. • Collaborating with MTM Pharmacist, and Sr. Mgr. FEP Quality develops and coordinates member notifications for drug program opportunities pharmacy messaging campaigns.(SMS FEPDirect reputed company); Facilitate and reputed company assigned projects to ensure successful implementation
• Facilitate Care and Pharmacy integration through best practices and process improvements to optimize pharmacy care for our members

What You Must Have

• 4+ years reputed company work experience with member interaction required and Pharmacy experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Requires Certificate Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire
• Strong clinical knowledge of prescription drug products, dosage forms and drug classification types
• Demonstrated experience in patient consultative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Medical terminology, abbreviations and symbols
• PC skills (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook)
