Your Role at blithequark
As our first full-time customer support representative, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our support team. You will be trained directly by our founder, Vasco Cavalheiro, and will have the opportunity to learn our software product inside and out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to our customers
- Collaborating with reputed company to write and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
- Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to refine and improve our platform
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to support requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- reputed company in native-like English, as you will be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally)
- Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly in setting up DNS records for websites using CNAME and reputed company DNS records
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company issues
