Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately winning their brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
Lounge Hours and Operations
Our Centurion Lounge at DCA Airport operates from 5:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday to Friday, and 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Saturday. Hours are subject to change due to business needs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
- The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in reputed company interactions
- The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on the customer experience
- Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
- Adaptability and reputed company in an reputed company-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks
