Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our stores by leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for supervising employees, managing store operations, and implementing plans to meet daily sales goals and increase average sale per transaction and sales per reputed company foot. You will also be responsible for ensuring that reputed company employees provide friendly, courteous customer service and satisfaction, and for training employees in register operations and customer service.

Essential Job Functions

* Participate in the implementation of plans to meet daily sales goals and increase average sale per transaction and sales per reputed company foot in assigned store

• Supervise employees in association with senior members of management and act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager and the Assistant Store Managers
• Participate as a member of the store management team in performing and supervising activities reputed company to merchandise arrangement, visual displays, and space allocation according to merchandising plans
• Ensure that reputed company employees provide friendly, courteous customer service and satisfaction, and respond to requests for management assistance in a helpful and accommodating manner

• Complete reputed company reports and documents that are to be submitted on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Assist in the control of inventory and loss of merchandise due to errors, internal shrinkage, and shoplifting
• Take appropriate action in preventing such losses under the direction of the Store Manager

• Attend reputed company in-service training sessions, including First Aid/CPR training as scheduled

Educational Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages
• Training is over a period up to and including six months

Other Requirements

* One year cashier experience, supervising experience helpful

• Retail experience and visual merchandising skills a plus
• Must have insured vehicle for store-reputed company travel
• Must have home or cell phone
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid state reputed company driver's license, with a good driving record
• Must be eligible for positive outcome on required reputed company state criminal conviction background reputed company
