Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience
- Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and empathetic responses to customer concerns, resolving issues and escalating reputed company cases as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
