Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries, working closely with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions. Key Responsibilities
