Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a CSR, you will be responsible for resolving member concerns, processing requests in an accurate and timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work from home, utilizing your high-speed internet reputed company and a dedicated work area to ensure a secure and productive environment.

Responsibilities

* Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring reputed company relevant information is correct in a timely manner

• Ensure accurate trip data is input in our systems

Requirements

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

• Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 35wpm or more
• Answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
• Work overtime as required
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
