Job Summary

As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing reputed company types of product-reputed company concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This is a temporary/part-time role with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving product-reputed company concerns
• Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Meet productivity and performance standards, including achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a quiet workspace

• Previous customer service experience
• Experience working in a call center or contact center environment

Training Requirements:

• 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm
• Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm
