Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Team reputed company at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from Medicaid eligible consumers with questions regarding our Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans. You will utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility, provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from Medicaid eligible consumers with questions regarding blithequark's Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Providers, services available in Salt Lake County, and Medicaid benefit plans.
• Research and provide referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to Medicaid eligible consumers over the phone.
• Utilize a computer database to verify Medicaid eligibility and offer additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned that support the Care Coordination team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting, or financial technology.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September). Occasional overtime may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to understand multiple services and multiple benefit plans for Medicaid.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Telecommuting Requirements:

Compensation:

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, reputed company, Washington, Rhode reputed company, or Washington, D.C. residents, the hourly range for this role is $19.47 - $38.08 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
