About the Opportunity

We are offering a 6-month contract position with likely extensions for the right candidate. As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote opportunity that requires you to be based in North Carolina and work a scheduled 4-hour day, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Answer incoming calls according to established procedures and performance standards, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Work Order Management: Create work orders and capture structured data for each issue to provide audit trails and statistical analysis, ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are thoroughly documented.
• Email Management: Process and respond to emails according to standard procedures, maintaining a high level of communication and customer satisfaction.
